@@Lucarecus charizard ult casts almost instantly,in this clip 7:22 it was delayed a bit,to clarify,its flare blitz,not fire punch or even the ulti,if you dont believe me,check out crisheroes' clip of flare blitz+fire punch video and look at the difference,stop glazing.

Me and my friend play dragonite and Gardevoir. The duo is actually disgusting. I’ll use moonblast to stun and dragonite takes over. The amount of games we win because of this is sickening. I’m a psychic type of girl but if I have a melee or a speedster or someone who needs to get in close on my team I’ll help them out with moonblast

Fr, I go with double team and flower trick more whenever there's an all-rounder, and that helped against something like this Dragonite build.

Thank you for answering my Claw question! Ive been trying to figure out if the slow works with outrage. Do you ever take Weakness policy or Focus Band to be more tanky? or is full dmg just better? Also does being in lane justify being more tanky? It makes sense for the faster jg clear.

Meowscarada needs multiple nerfs. She is way too fast in general. I don't care what anyone says no pokemon should be able to run down a duotrio on full sprint to basic attack him to death. So 1st neerf base speed. Then there's the ridiculous passive either make her invisible or invulnerable, but not both. Finally, either increase the cooldown of her jump attack or make her dash shorter (that thing covers the same distance as 2 teleports from mewtow y, and he is an EX mon!).

No. Dragon dance increases atk. speed. Therefore it can replace scarf.
