@@Imaf2020 I've been a big basketball fan since college, went to a big D1 school, and used to go play at the rec there with some friends and I always got stomped, got crossed so hard I fell nearly every game. Never played any organized or anything, but I've always wanted to try some organized basketball, I'm big enough to grab rebounds and I could shoot a 3 when I was there. Videos like this scare me though, my worst nightmare would be to try and join a league to play and then get put on a team with players like this and be worse than completely useless. It's too bad, I used to love playing at the rec or during gym in high school, but I don't even know where I'd go to play against other scrubs like me.

Bruh this happened to me a few weeks ago in a rec league game. It is 30 and over league and there’s a height limit of 6’3”. This dude rolls in, no older than 25 and 6’7”, could shoot 3’s and was absolutely jumping out of the gym. He absolutely destroyed all of us, it was ridiculous how athletic he was. I have no idea who he was but he had to be D1. It was so demoralizing haha. He shouldn’t have been allowed to play but it was interesting to play against someone that good

Yes, I think defense, and in particular team defense along with stamina, are the greatest differences between pros and non-pros. I mean, a lot of people can dunk and make fancy moves. If you wanna see the difference between pros and amateurs, play multiple teams, winner stays. First to 11, one point for each basket. How many amateur team attempts will be needed to win just one game? I'm pretty sure it will be a while.

You put say... KD in the euro league. He averages 50+. The talent level is different. Sure international teams can compete with NBA guys. But it theirs rules, their court size their ball and theyve played together for years. You take NBA guys and put them together and give them 2 weeks to figure it out. They still make it a game, thats sad for you.

Lol i hope you’re exaggerating on purpose when you say 50+. He would be one of the best scorers in the euroleague and average probably 18-20 ppg.
