My first ever experience on this game was on Rustoria main 3 weeks into wipe with almost max pop. You will find the absolute scum of the Earth near the beaches and surrounding Outpost, but once you make it into Outpost, everyone in there is chill as hell. The early skirmishes were also exactly what I experienced as well. If someone tries to be sorta peaceful, they will get killed enough to start killing everything that moves
