You should be using structured data. For instance, instead of storing the contacts in a text format in a document file. You should be using JSON objects. This way you can better manage the data.

Yes these are blue light glasses by gunnar - if you spend a lot of time on a computer and have headaches - get a pair. They definitely boosted my productivity.
