This is definitely the general timeline of events I see as well. Something to add to your point about when kh4 started development, Nomura did a mention when KH4 was revealed that development began when Re:Mind went gold. Aka January 2020

Great analysis and overall makes sense. Do think its a little optimistic. Personally think it won't release until Q4 of 2025 at the earliest, but most likely by March 2026. Hope you're right though

I definitely agree that we will get some trailers soon, but I don’t think we are getting the game until late 2025 at the earliest, but i hope im wrong

The tricky thing about 4 is that because it’s technically a reboot, and because there’s so little we know about, it’ll be very hard to advertise without spoiling major plot points. For example, we can guess that Endor will be a world in the game from the reveal trailer. However, we have no idea how we get there, or if Sora is even the one who goes there. We don’t even know how Quadratum works even though it’s obvious it’s a major place in the game. I think the best possible scenario is we get a Nintendo Direct like presentation to show how the game has changed, and shows off the either just first world or Quadratum. Then they can focus on more traditional trailers. That being said I think the game is much further into development than we’ve been lead to believe.

im loving this timeline but i think if they do release it in 25 it's gonna be put before or after gta 6 cause i think most games are gonna avoid gta . also there some rumors going around that gta 6 is gonna release in 2025 Q1
