A piece of advice know your limits, you’re Estonia create MPs put them on local police force so you can save on manpower. Also don’t just annex everyone, create puppets so you don’t have to occupy land you can’t core and you can demand manpower from them.

Poland during 20th century, at least mid-war periop of 1920-39 was actually something of a ok power. Not major, not super, but a power. Poles had the biggest port on baltic sea, Gdynia. The most stable currency, implemented in 1926 (or something) was Polish one. We had, during like 1920-25 some of the biggest armored forces. And we clapped soviets without (i think) any help, beside some french or british advisors, but you know, French and British are known for helping poland, especially during ww2
