Tip to viewers: always sort your bricks after shape, not color. This will make it easier to find the brick you need because it’s much easier to see a yellow plate (example) in a pile of multicolored bricks than in a pile of bricks with the same color

I once spent an entire year sorting out about 150lbs of LEGO, every day I would scoop out a big bucket of pieces and sort it and it took forever but in the end, it was sorted and we split it in half and gave it to kids that didn't have the money for lego but enjoyed playing with them so much

I really hope you had some music or a podcast on while doing this. I spent a couple hours sorting lego without any music or podcast and I was losing my mind until I realised I should put some music on.

It took me almost 1,000 hours to fully sort my collection. (3 55Gal drums) Sorted by color and size. If some colors were "off", I'd check the part numbers. Then, if I had the manuals, I found every piece for the sets and noted which pieces were missing. Just in case I decided to sell them. Sorting my collection, I found some "old" LEGO bricks. These has a different texture (a different plastic I guess) and the wheel axles we're metal. I even found some 1-off pieces, like a lone "353 Vibrant Coral (RGB 249, 108, 98)" 1x2 and a metal C3PO Minifigure. (iirc, the minifig was from a surprise bag that came with the LEGO mailer magazine) The hard thing was differentiating between some Technic pieces and Kinex

I really like your surprise dispensers. My favorite is Ziploc brand bags for now. From snack up to 2 gallon. I also found an adjustable sifting sorter at Brickworld Chicago 2023. Well worth the $50.

Sss Please make a lego technic rc car with steering, suspension, 4wd, big wheels, gearbox,differentials, lights, make it have a Ford f-150 body, make it off road, and a suspension that is not hard. Please only use Lego power functions motors! Have fun!

I have learn one thing about sorting. When it comes to sorting the small pieces I use a pair of steel tweezers 5 inches long it has saved me a lot of time and trouble, I had to learn on my own. Good luck to all fellow lego builders..
