One stat that i thought needed to be seen was overheal percentage. It was something we had to use in ff14 raids, and it helped determine who was over healing (healing while people were at full health), and we tried so hard to get that number below 20%. And what that means is anything above that means we had room to do something other than heal. It was a tool or the idea of it when ow came out. It's these meta stats the reason i loved support as a class throughout any game!

My head-canon for this cheating five-stack: This is a family of five. Your worst player is the toddler; they are only just now starting to play because their fingers are finally long enough to be able to reach all the keys. The boosted Mercy is the emo kid (teen or even pre-teen, may have a chip on their shoulder or maybe they have a problem with authority figures) who doesn't really want to play or even be there in the first place. But if their heart was really in it, they could have real potential as a player. The Tank who got lost is a natural out-of-doors adventurer and athlete who LOVES to look around and explore the woods, abandoned buildings, etc, and is not really into video games very much. Being the tank position fits their physicality; they have Game Sense in Real-World Sports but they have no Video Game sense at all. The actual carry is an ex-pro who got OLD so they lost their edge (vision, reflexes); they have the map memorized and decent game sense but their eyeballs have corroded from staring at their screen so much for so long.

Cheating is quite literally out of control in OW at the moment. Whenever I say that people think I'm over exaggerating but it really is that bad. I log at a minimum 4 hours a day in comp and I am pretty much guaranteed to come across several. I feel like I'm spending more time looking at my vods to confirm more than I am playing. Just last night I was in a match where Hanzo was running it down mid every single fight and just obliterating my whole team. I see the kill cam from the first time he got me and immediately called it out. My team was like no he's a Smurf. Dude had no game sense, completely lost on the map, never shot sonic, and only hit shots if he was right in your face because of projectile. Watching the vod you could see him following people behind walls and in a crowd the crosshair would snap to different people when shooting storm arrows even though you could tell he was trying to hit a specific target. Reported him and dude is still out there playing.

I just think OW2 needs a legit anticheat software as well as implementing HWID bans. It won't keep them all out but I'm sure it will be an improvement over what there is now. Honestly I was all for them making us tie an account to a phone number. But everyone threw a fit because they have a ton of alt accounts. With that said I don't think people should have multiple accounts. What does it say when 7 out of 10 of the top DPS in ranked is one guy? Top 500 is more like top 50 to be honest.

29:41 as a widow main this kind of thing happens to me ALL the time. i had a game where i didnt have much damage and a couple people on my team were like “widow swap youre not doing any damage”. i was the only person on my team with ANY picks and they were all solo crits that my team didnt notice or push with. its so dumb. dmg isnt everything if its going nowhere
