The slow analog aim you see is him reading chat while correcting his sight line. Basically he knows he needs to adjust his aim but he cant flick without looking so he just gently nudges the mouse anticipating his new sight line

OK So I use this same tactic in bronze and silver, and the smart thing is NOT to start firing right away. Let 2 or 3 people come in first, they are paying more attention to the reight most likely. When those first 2 come in, start from the back, and mow them down moving up to the front line guy pushing in. I do it on Blizzard World all the time at the first choke. I sit sideways, and let my tank stand on the OTHER side of the opening. So they all come in and push him... then I just mow them all down... the rest still don't get it, and they come in after those die :D What a blast.
