You already replied to your own doubt... It's gold, people in gold are trash, espercially tanks who don't know how to press W and create any space. Most games i've seen in that rank have people getting stuck in chokes for 4 mins straight. If tanks don't get the enemy attention, they will just look at you in 6. Unless your mechanics are very good, id go more for echo, reaper, since you get a lot more value with less effort
