re: how people get their houses so dirty - it probably isn’t the canonical reason, but if you live in an area where wildfires happen often, ash covers surfaces pretty densely. I live in california and I’ve seen houses this totally covered in ash

Well, it could technically be the canonical reason, as there is a volcano visible near, or even in, Muckingham on maps such as 113 Apple Avenue.

On the stone and fences it's from pollen and dirt traveling via the wind at least irl. Not to mention other conditions like flooding, rain, etc. But some the things like the grill is just why aren't you cleaning this

These pressure washers these days dont use more than like 2 gallons per minute. Ive ran one for like 4hrs one time (do the math, I don't do math) So Easy doing the whole backyard in like 5 minutes is super efficient! Lol sorry for the detailed bullshit. Enjoy the info!

The backyard is that filthy because Muckingham lives in the shadow of an active volcano that's constantly coughing ash and soot and grime all over the city. When you're given the job to do that backyard, it's because a new person moved in and saw how filthy the yard was left by the previous tenant and demanded it be cleaned before they let their kids out to play.
