I spent 700 days in Valheim... here's what happened. Spending 100 days in Valheim and playing the game for over 48 hours, surviving, exploring and fighting my way through purgatory. The new content in Mistlands was some of the hardest content yet.

So, quality of life thing for your base: if you build wards, and activate them, the description will say that they prevent other players from building, destroying, or opening doors. However, it also acts like a workbench. Wards will not allow enemies to span within the area of effect they cover when activated. If you put wards throughout your base, and activate them, enemies will not be able to spawn inside your base, and they'll also spawn further away from your base's walls when they spawn during surprise attacks. However, you'll have to protect the wards nearer to your walls, as a troll with a log will be able to destroy them by clipping the log through your earth rampart walls. The wards will also prevent drakes from spawning directly over your base. If you place the automated ballista on top of the earth rampart walls, they'll even shoot down the drakes (provided you give them enough ammo on a regular basis, as they'll kill *everything* in their range) which will keep your wolves and boars from agro-ing and destroying their containment areas. Just some tips I've figured out.

The Queen! it was extremely fun to watch you play valheim again, also the entire time you were first doing the queen fight I kept thinking, "I bet the protection staff would make this easier." I was relieved that you ended up making it. overall I think the magic system is pretty fun to play with, I have only played around with the elemental staffs but they're just so cool I tend to o for magic classes in games anyways so it was right up my alley.

Looking at the baits for fishing recently introduced, it looks like it might be ashlands next, then the ocean, then the deep north. It would be so cool if the skeletons in the mist lands are the frost giants from the deep north. It could be such a dangerous last biome with elder sized enemies everywhere.

Tips for refining eitr without damaging your base, use marble or using metal bar as a case for Eitr Refinery. Another tips in infested mines, use AOE weapon (Demolisher would be better choice) u can ground pounding anywhere before opening each door so tick and seeker can't hurt you.

The queen... For the mistlands, you need root top armor, padded helmet, and fenris boots. You also need fire resist pots

So from what I’ve heard the best overall armor stats for defense and speed are fenris legs and padded chest and head wolf cape cause the fenris gear does all give you the buff it’s just the pants and I’ve had a easyier time not only ranking hits but running away from things so it’s a pretty good mix

Magic's cool and fun. You should also try the dodgeroll-attack combos, especially with the sword. Really op, and while not as flashy as magic, taking out bosses really quick is its own bliss

People who can go full melee and dodge roll with multiple agros have my full respect there! I tried it a few times and the amount of patience I didn't have was unreal. It's probably some of the strongest dmg out there, but man is it art
