Yes, this is actual Old School Runescape! A Re-boot of a 2007 save file of the game, released in February of 2013. We all started fresh, and the game has been getting weekly updates with a dedicated dev team ever since.

You might be able to use rune thrownaxe spec for whisperer instead of the venetor bow.

It can bounce up to 5 different npcs for 50% spec, and the range of the bounces is pretty big (7x7 area around the target). If you speced twice you only need to kill the 6 remaining lost souls.
