I was a freelancer in Warband with my current playthrough. Joined the Swadia and worked my way up to Knight afterward. I left the Lord and became a vassal. I am now almost 1000 days into this playthrough and recently conquered Swadia with my faction. I started the war against the Rhodoks recently.

@@madmantheepic7278 in warband you have to find a lord of a faction that is in war, ask him for quests, and if you have enough troops there is a slight chance that he will give you needed quest, while in vanilla bannerlord you need to reach lvl 1 and just come up to any lord and request to join

due to the fact a player can attack a enemy`s backsides there can have the most kills out of all the individual units easily so with those skills in mind it does make sense but considering that the AI lords don`t know this it is indeed very surprising

Honestly I'd love for this to be a vanilla mode on the game a career mode if you will combining be a soldier mode with service mod start as a nobody build yourself up early game, then you get promoted to companion so mid game is learning to lead until you're granted a title making the late game about making yourself or your leader a king and conquest

As always, Arean, I pray for the day your art receives the recognition it deserves. Consummate work, as always. I apologize to all those allergic to cringe for the following [fanfic?]. I've had a tiny Arean voice in my head all morning and he wouldn't shut up about it. Thesis first: This episode has given me an idea I'm not even sure is possible, but is a logical direction you could take with this character for a 200 days run. It isn't in keeping with the "single soldier in an army" profile, but the character has lost faith in that method, so a change of key would be necessary for the continuity of the story anyways. What if the character renews his devotion to his revenge by altering his tactics to something more resembling guerilla warfare?(Horse archers are best suited for this, I think.) Also, sorry it's in 3rd person, but I tried to write in your voice, and it should still be easily adapted if you want to use any of it. I hereby grant you that permission, no attribution necessary. One of the few benefits of his self-imposed exile is that he has a lot of time to think. The whims of the petty kings are fickle and chaotic. The only way he can be constantly at war with the southern empire, he concludes, is to serve no kingdom at all, and no purpose but his own. He has lost all faith in the morality of the noble leadership. They wage wars against one another, but ultimately, they are more concerned with the well-being of the enemy marshalls than that of their own soldiers, taking them alive as prized captives, and ransoming them for profit, no matter the atrocities their prisoners have committed against their people. No justice to be found there. Instead, he decides to focus his efforts on facilitating the southern empire's losses in any new war that comes to it's gates. He must be the first tumbling pebble from the mountaintop: insignificant on its own, but the catalyst and harbinger of an avalanche, capable of inhuman destruction. First, he needs the only form of power freely available to lowborn men: Gold, and lots of it. He digs up the soldier's wages that his bloodied, guilty hands wouldn't let him touch until now, and he heads to the city. He spends time walking the markets, and for the first time, he doesn't even glance at the price or quality of any of the weapons or armor on offer. His purpose is clear again, his soul will be cleansed in the rain of blue blood that the handful of coins promise him. Instead, he studies the prices of the trade goods: wool, flax, pottery, and the like. One lucky break, one meager profit. Every time money changes hands, he becomes a little bit more wealthy; A little bit more powerful. It reminds him of combat, seeking out opportunity, using the conditions on the battlefield to his greatest advantage. What's more, he finds that he's good at it. His quest gives his heart purpose, and his mind focus. He carves out the path to his destiny with his new weapon on this strange, bloodless battlefield. He takes up tournaments again, but not for the thrill of combat, or for his mounting reputation as a rising martial artist. The occasional extra capital is vital to his efforts. He sells any prizes he wins, reinvesting in more hands for his caravans, more product. More power. Eventually, he is ready to begin in earnest. He hyperinflates the prices of food and military supply in the major cities of the southern empire, weakening their ability to withstand sieges. He gathers more wealth from his investments, and begins building his own independent peasant army. The more men he recruits, the more he finds that he is not alone. There is hardly any family that has not lost sons and daughters to these constant bickering wars, and he finds that when he lets slip the true purpose of his band, twice as many recruits join his caravan in the morning, not speaking their treason out loud, but regarding him with respect, each one fully committed to the grim necessity of their common task. For the first time, he himself begins to truly believe that the justice he seeks is possible, and not merely an elaborate suicide. They must be small, but fast. Able to chase down slower, heavily armored military forces or escape them, as the need arises. He singles out any southern force unlucky enough to be caught alone and vulnerable, showing them the same mercy they gave his wife. He executes all noble prisoners he takes. He avoids any battle he cannot win with minimal losses, for this victory is to be for all common folk, and that includes his own men. This time around, he knows who is truly responsible for his wife's death, and while he may not know which lord ordered the raid, he doesn't HAVE to know. The only way to ensure that his justice is done is either to make one of them talk before their execution, or to cut them all down as weeds before the scythe. (Keep one prisoner in your back pocket for day 200 and select a surviving nobleman at random as the responsible party. Good cliffhanger for 200-300 if you take it that far.👍) He will make them remember that their rulership is not granted by the heritage of their blood, by conquest, or even divine will, but by the consent of their subjects. He will make them remember that they are outnumbered not by the thousands, but by the tens, no, HUNDREDS of thousands, and THAT adversary is already within their gates. Every king on this continent will taste true fear for the first time, and every peasant will have their first taste of hope. When war inevitably comes to the south, he watches the flow of troops carefully. He waits for the bulk of the southern empire's forces to be occupied, laying siege to their most poorly protected border outposts, far enough away from the war front that they can't arrive in time to defend them. He does not take ownership of these castles, his goal being not to build a kingdom, but to destroy one. He doesn't NEED to win an all out war, he comes to realize. He CAN'T, not without an empire of his own, and he will not become like them again. He only needs to make them bleed, and then wait for the sharks. Ok, that's all that I can remember. Most of it happened in the car, unfortunately. I hope that did it for someone, at least. For my part, I just needed it out of my head so I can get some work done today for god's sake.

Glaive or Long Glaive variants are the best melee weapon while mounted, with a shield in your back while using the glaive with two hands you can run and cut your enemies no stop without worrying to be hit from your back

Awesome video and I have a suggestion for a series you could do maybe do a rim world zombie apocalypse series and I know an awesome mod to use for it the empire mod you can build more settlements that can do different things upgrade them to have a bigger military in those settlements and if you ever need help, you can summon soldiers you can even operate those soldiers and equip them however you like I hope you like the idea
