Man I wish someone could make a mod to make crash events (ship/shuttle chunks, pods, ship parts) have that animation the VFE pirate start has. Just looks so cool I’d do it myself but the pinnacle of my mod knowledge is knowing which numbers to change in notepad++ to tweak stats.

I know this is late, but there is a mod called "Crash Landing" on the work shop that does something like that. No animaions but it adds crash landing events and makes the initial start a lot more chaotic.

Fun fact, idk if this was ever patched but warcaskets are literally invulnerable in combat extended. They tank rockets to the face and don't even get bruised. I used those same rockets to kill centipedes.

As awesome as this is. It's been done and unfortunately growing people to adulthood means they have little to no skills / passions. If you intend to tutor and grow the kids after their inital stages then it could be a pretty powerful option

I love rimworld but the issues with ai makes me wanna refund the game, even though I made priorities for pawns, they, at some point, fail to do a rotation. I have to set it back to automatic for a few days and they work flawless, even with priorities like, if I need more wood or food

The AI is fine The issues are usually people assigning a single pawn to far to many jobs, without the adequate consideration of work speed or their restrictions like sleep, work, Rec etc
