He probably isn't spending that much to be honest. In this video he might have, but in his others most of the stays are likely not all that expensive. Most of them look similar to other airbnb's I've looked into going to recentl and all of those ones listed on their website are under $200/night to stay at. And one of the hotels he stayed at in his weird hotels video is free to stay at. However that one is free because of the catch that it is a glass room in the lobby of a hotel and any guest or employee can look at you inside it at any time, even when you sleep. Plus he probably enjoys traveling a lot for the videos. I personally love traveling and enjoyed nearly every moment on all the famly vacations my parents have paid for over the years. Idk about Drew but I know from experience that at least some people love traveling a ton. IfI had the finacial means to pay for my own travel and leave my day job that gives me very few vacation days each year, I totally would travel all over the world for the rest of my life.

There is no such thing as the world's richest city. There are tons of metrics that involve high costs of living, cost of goods, among other things where different cities come out on top of those lists though. Also there is no way to know what is the "richest" city. Richest can be defined as many things, such as country with the highest GDP, country with the most multi millionaires, among other things. But Dubai certainly tops many of those rankings and has tons of multi-millionaires and billionaires who live or vacation there.
