The Nile River in Egypt is the longest river in the world and also full of crocodiles. We spent 4 days on a river cruise sailing up and down the Nile exploring all the best sights, and even swimming in it :)

I truly enjoyed this video of you and your family on your 4 day trip down the Nile river. I am so glad you weren’t eaten by a crocodile! 😂😂 Those temples were so incredible! Thanks for the close up shots of the hieroglyphics. It is amazing they are so preserved after all these years! I can’t believe how intricate the carvings were, especially the ones that were carved in bas-relief. Loved it! ❤️❤️ Chloe is so lovely and Lennon is adorable! Thanks for sharing another incredible adventure with us! 🙌🙌😊

That was real interesting, I never thought much beyond just the Pyramids and the Valley of Kings, there is so much more and everything looked amazing. It was lovely to see Chloe and Lennon (I hope I spelt his name right), he certainly takes it in his stride seeing new places. Great video 😊thank you.

And man! Don't swim in the Nile....lol. Between the bacteria, pollution, worms who burrow into the only place they can find under water ..ahem...if you get my drift and the crocodiles, not a great idea. I used to row in college and so many people got sick from jumping in the Brisbane river, in Australia, after they won a race. Many got severe fevers and massive sepsis, due to blisters on their hand....and that's a river in Australia mate...not one of our biggest cities either. I dread to think! You are a crazy person! lol. Eating the salads is a big risk too, as they wash it with the local water supply.

Are you crazy Jordan!!!!!! Why would you do such a thing!!!! I was scared for you. You shouldn't do such things knowing you have a wife and son. It is nice to see Chole and Lennon. I have missed them both. The boat you guys stayed on was really nice. Not gonna lie I kept turning my head away from the screen so if you did come face to face with a crocodile I wouldn't see it. Can't wait for our next location. Thank you Jordan for sharing

I did a cruise on the Nile for 4 days as well...from Aswan to Luxor. Sunset on the Nile is breath-taking. Went when I was 15, am now 42 and my papyrus drawings are still in mint condition. Egypt was great but the cruise would have been better if I wasn't terrorized by a male staff member, who was trying to pick me up.. Also, having food poisoning, at the pyramids, when they charge you for toilet paper, isn't great. Even worse when a family offers you the use of their squat toilet & you look up to see 10 young kids spying in through the window! Needless to say I didn't end up using it. I found men so aggressive there. I almost ended up a lot of trouble by "agreeing to read a letter from their English pen pal". The house was full of his family & I was young & stupid, so agreed to go in there. He then ushered out his whole family, locked the door, handed me a letter that was 3 years old and almost sat on top of me. My heart sank and I knew I was in big trouble, as my family wouldn't be looking for me, for hours. I grew a pair and managed to get out. It could have been much worse. Such a fascinating country though, just a shame that this was my experience, at every location. I really learnt how to be assertive there, so I guess I should be grateful for that. I also learnt not to go anywhere without my Dad. Thanks for refreshing my memory of these stunning temples.
