Just bought a gen 2 AirPods Pro from Amazon during the October 8 & 9 2024 Amazon Prime Days. The outside of the box has a PRINTED information (serial number, bar code labels, etc.) compared to the sticker labels. The pull tabs were not smooth to pull and did not have any black tear off dots. When I connected it to my iPhone 15 pro max, it did say “AirPods” instead of “Not your AirPods”. The serial number on the case does match the box and serial numbers on the earbuds are different from each other and the case. The features seem to be all there. A weird thing I noticed is that I have my iPad Pro open as I was watching KZbin videos and the “Not your AirPods” message popped up as the AirPods Pro 2 was trying to pair with my iPad Pro! I’m thinking I got a fake copy from Amazon. It did say “Sold by Amazon” when I bought it from Amazon! Do you think I got a fake copy?

It only says that on clones. I think you might have a real one. Check if precision finding is there on the Find My app

Do multiple resets. Check if the other side even charges. If it does, then try to discharge both earbuds to 0%, then charge them up again. If the other side is not charging, make sure that the charging pin is touching the earbuds@@JP2JITU
