Sagi if you’re shooting for weight loss but don’t feel like integrating exercise, you can do the following. I’ve lost a pound a day since beginning. 1) drink 3 liters to 1 gallon of water a day 2) drink apple cider vinegar (look up KZbin videos on how to make the drink) 3) keep up with your intermittent fasting. But of course to me- you still look amazing, but I know what you mean about not feeling comfortable at a certain weight.

I have been seeing a nutrionist lately and she probably wouldn’t recommend fasting . Just don’t eat three hours before bed. Eat small meals/snack every 3 ish hours which is like three meals and at least two snacks.. then you won’t destroy your metabolism, like many of us already have through starving, fasts “diets”, “cleanses” ect.. balance is the key. You should be eating within the first hour you awake she says. . & she sent me the new food pyramid which is no longer s pyramid it’s like a plate.

layo it depends on how much your weigh if you weigh a lot you will lose weight faster, I was 124 and in 2 weeks got down to 117 i used an app called Fastic and it helps so much!! Also when you are fasting you can’t have anything but water, black coffee and tea and when you are in the eating window you have to be careful not to indulge and binge eat. Best window I reccomend is starting your fast at 8 at night and finishing at 12AM you can work yourself up to longer fasts once you get used to it! And when weighing yourself always weigh in the morning! It’s been the only way for me to loose weight but it’s easy to fall off track and gain back so you have to take it seriously. A lot of people workout while fasting too I didn’t do that though.
