@alexialabrie57524 жыл бұрын
@@GiGi-qy4io It was never really about weight loss for me, but mostly about feeling healthy and feeling like my best self. I started by cutting junk food out of my diet and eating clean. No crazy diets or anything- just focusing on eating more vegetables and cooking healthy meals. By focusing on what you CAN eat rather than what you can’t, you realize that eating healthy can be easy and still fun. I cut back on the snacking between meals as well(chips, crackers, cookies...) Also, working out is now a part of my daily routine and I couldn’t go without it. It’s the one part of my day that I dedicate to myself. Even if it’s just a quick & easy at-home workout, it is truly therapeutic for me.

Honestly, learning how to cook would make a big difference. When you cook you’re more conscious about what’s going into your food and can add more nutritious ingredients. You don’t have to become a chef, but learning how to prepare simple meals you enjoy that are still healthy/balanced has helped a lot of people. What we eat is the most important part of our health. You can literally make anything as long as the meal has a good source of carbs, veggies, proteins, and fat. It’ll be difficult at first but go at your own pace and what feels best for you! Don’t focus on your weight, but instead your overall health and the weight loss would probably follow. I would suggest watching Abbey Sharp dietitian videos, their really education and have great tips. Good luck and I can’t wait to watch your next video💜

As someone who has lost 100 lbs here’s how I started: 1. Build your self discipline / learn to tell yourself no. 2. Get active, even if it’s just walking at an incline on a treadmill for 10 min/day and build up from there. 3. Meal prep, there are so many easy recipes online. You can get some chicken breast fillets, season it, bake at 425 for 20 min and bam done! Paired with rice, there are these little rice cups that you just microwave for 1 min and PERFECT RICE. 4. Keep track of what and how much you’re eating, download myfitnesspal. You got this, you have to build the habit and that takes time and patience. Once you build the habit it gets easier and starts feeling more natural and u don’t dread it as much. Prove to yourself how tough you really are.

When it comes down to it, I think most of our unhappiness comes from us craving something (food...booze...video games...shitty relationships...material shit...whatever), but learning to love ourselves and how to be content with just our own mind is so important. i have body dysmorphia so i understand a bit of the shock of seeing yourself in videos from other people. you got this girl; you’re so strong. we got this together i’ve started to try to lose weight, this awakening youre going through is so so good 💕 we’re here for you baby. just remember you’re not ugly, you’re beautiful. yes we’re big and yes we need to get healthy but don’t let that get you down in any way darling. you’re gorgeous and one day you’ll see that 🥰

You seem more stable in this video than I have ever seen you. That's amazing! This clear headed Sagi is super likeable and watchable. Keep it up!

Girl, I'm telling you if you just start off with cooking at home and doing light walking, light stretching and light yoga. It will do wonders for you. Just focus on making healthier choices everyday. Small steps forward towards your goals are more sustainable. I speak from personal experience! But besides that, you are beautiful and worthy ❤

Water. I'm serious. No juice. No pop. No tea. No coffee. Have some occasional flavors put in it or if you really miss sugar like I do just water down your juice a ton, saves on juice and helps you drink less. Cutting out sugary drinks was the biggest thing in my weight loss!

I feels you! I’ve been a bigger girl my whole life. But you’ve already overcome the hard part of admitting to yourself something’s gotta change. I started keto in July and I’ve been lazy about it but I’ve lost 40 lbs. look into it...try it. Give yourself 1 month to do it and you’ll see change. You’re beautiful and I hope you can feel that again! Good luck!!! 🎀

SAGI!! u are such a beautiful woman. I used to weigh 280 when I was 17, and I was so tired of being fat. I was dealing with a severe childhood trauma and I ate to help my anxiety. I couldn’t breathe when I walked and I literally felt like I was dying. I started keto for 6 months and i lost 40 pounds. After that I felt better about myself because I saw progress then I decided to start HIIT workouts. Today I am almost 20 and I weigh 190. I started to prioritize my health and feeling good, and everything just fell into place. I wish you the best and I would recommend you try to start making food at home and eat seasoned veggies on the side with every meal! All the best! -Sade

You are so brave telling your story, you are not disgusting you just have some stuff to work on - we all do it's just not everyone is open or will even admit it, especially on a platform like this. You're amazing and just take it day by day, try not to overwhelm yourself girl! Sending love from AUS XO
