In my opinion if you have that many unusable cards, why not making it 60 cards instead and put grass look greener and more draw power... The chance to draw brick will much lower than 40 cards

@@ilhaniman5753 i don't think there is that many useful cards that can match the value and power of the power cards in the deck is the issue. if we had like 5 forms of reasoning then you can get away with that but we don't. so you'd have to run some weird draw filler or something in order to make this work and i don't remember if ruinforce has enough flex filler to do that.

the secret to ruinforce ftk is to just give up on the burn and just punch the opponent to death with ruinforce i played the deck exclusively for a couple months on EDOpro and it was surprisingly consistent. Another thing that was consistent was people activating effects in the battle phase and getting themselves killed

When I realize someone is trying to FTK I usually sit back, grab my snacks, and try to see which FTK they're going for. Then I'll save it in my replays for a few days, because watching FTKs at replay speed without any time delays due to thinking is something else. I think FTKs are neat. Sure, I don't get to play, but I like seeing the weird interactions and hidden loops that people discover. TL;DR I think FTKs are neat, as long as it's not just one singular FTK that's being spammed everywhere

I play IRL a better version of machina ftk with infini tracks and trains the requirements are redeploy and either of gearframe, fortress, citadel, ruinforce or a level 8 + machine monster, this ftk is within a playable deck at the cost of 3 extra deck spots, but box or unclasspare in hand kills the ftk

At least it's funny? Any opportunity to use the Outstanding Dogs is nice. If all you care about is getting a quick and dirty FTK, Red-Eyes Burn is good enough. And the Deep Draw FTKs all have a similar starting point so you only need one to get most of what you need for the rest. And then there's Scrap Dinos, which is an actual deck if you don't open the Bishbaalkin line(which has gotten a bit less likely after Halq got hit).

It could also because of all the grass deck that runs mill card like reasoning. It was limited way way before any noticable deck runs it in recent years Reasoning was unlimited in ocg cause they have grass at 2 (maxx c too, but thats a boring answer) showing they dont really care about milling the entire deck
