"Because I grew up being told that I was something special through Martha- because one thing she would always tell me was that I was a man of the isle, son of the sea, and a brother of the storm. So I could weather anything because the storm around me was my brother." Wow. That.. is something quite beautiful.

I watched the othe version of his story when it was first put online. I think it may be taken down. He tells this story about a whole group of SF guys throwing their parachutes out of a plane and then jumping out after them with no chute on, catching them, and then all landing safely, which he of course did as well. Just the most far-fetched BS ever told. And then of course there's the prison stories where he always comes out on top, beating guys up, not afraid of anyone, always outwitting everyone around him. Not a chance anything even close to that ever happened.

@PhillipChandler-xb9hz yep, my very thoughts too, I'm just not buying what this dude is selling. In all honesty pretty much from the get-go I get the feeling from the way he's presenting himself (an example of which, is that his personality seems to consist with that of the type of person who big notes himself, an arrogant type & one who believes in his own hype - mind you he himself actually stated at the beginning that he's bought into his own belief that he's 'something special'. My personal opinion regarding his situation that came to be is that he had a hand in what happened & the outcome, the ridiculous part where he mentions he wrote a note & placed it in the guys wallet stating that in any case of emergency that immediate contact should be made to himself-indecently, a person whose personal histories lie in nothing that resembles of a friendship let alone one whom would you consider as using as the first reference of contact in any given emergency etc, so for Jamie to write such a note & leave in the dead guys wallet gives me thoughts that suggest to me it was a move that came from an area of guilt that came from his role in what occurred, the histories between the 2 men were nothing else but reports of physical violence towards one another, hmmm interesting that he arrived home the wife is 'conveniently' nowhere to be seen, 11.30pm he arrives home only for his missus to suddenly turn up back home 15mins-30mins after himself, hmmmm once again seems a little bit off right there. Then driving his dead body around for 4hrs in the boot of the car alongside his wife in the passenger seat right next to Jaimie, all the while (in his own words) as the wife is getting in his ear "why did you do this? why didn't you do that? As she knew that I could handle & know what to do in this situation" Like wwwhaattt? What does that even mean right there?? They poisoned the guy, or at least Jaime was the one who did the 'dirty work', his wife knew exactly what the score was but the part that came when dumping his body fell a little off the wayside hence why they ended up dumping him on side of road propping him up against a tree so he'd be easy to find because he wasn't 'hiding a body' because that Jaime thought would convince whoever found the body that it would be suspected as more suspicious rather than an accident perhaps? Either way Jaime isn't innocent in this situation at all. Just my own observation & my personal opinion from what I gathered from

@user-gh9xv4pj2y interesting. The fact today we watch and get so much information from video and pictures and passed on stories from somebody who spoke to someone else 'who was there' makes it very difficult to know what is reality and what isn't.when.you add deep fakes and Ai into the mix well one can nearly make anything look real with the right amount of time and effort. That said you can normally do some investigating yourself to get a better handle on 'the truth' At some point a bit of belief or faith comes into it,as you said you have chosen God,which requires a huge amount of faith. We have made a real mess out of 'society' and personally I think aliens will arrive soon and help us find the right path. What one might call God another could say Alien. Each to they're own. We can all help each other. Some people don't deserve help of any kind. But they're are many who deserve and need our help🙏

@@BasedinReality1984 yes he did get exposed for being a fraud. People even found the scenes from movies about the military that matched his stories like the one where he threw the back pack out of the airplanes then jumped after it don't believe a thing he says. Don Shipley is a million times more credible then the people his publisher hired to "research" for his book

What an absolutely horrific and confusing childhood. The fact that a mistake that shouldn’t have been made has changed the course of this man’s whole life is extremely saddening I can’t even wrap my head around it completely. I had to watch his story! He mentioned a few places here in Fresno Ca. I grew up in south Fresno, had neighbors who were Mono Indian from foothill areas! The Sheriff’s were hunting for Stankewitze and had the neighbors’ house staked out, parking down the street and in the alley! All morning we knew what was going down next door! My oldest brother got bored about 11:00 and went into our backyard and lit off a pack of firecrackers! It didn’t go down too well with the Sheriffs! Crazy times back then!
