Spend 48 hours with me in northern Ghana. For this trip, I explored tamale, visited the Larabanga mosque along with Mole National Park and enjoyed a traditional cooking class.
Amina's cooking class can be found on Instagram at @duduhgu_experience

This made me smile - it’s so great to see the diversity of ingredients used in their cuisine and the regional differences from the areas you visited before. Also the cooking and preserving methods. And wow wow wow. Art using found objects and artifacts is some of my favorite. I would love to visit there. It kind of reminds me of the vibe at PioneerWorks in Brooklyn nyc. Anyway I’m glad I am watching this right before lunch otherwise I’d be in trouble. Those stews looked amazing 🤤
