Take a bow, gurllll🙌 Sometimes we all think ki kabhi hum yeh karaayenge, woh karaayenge, because of aspirations of a certain look ofcourse and in that innocence or ignorance of not knowing what we are getting into, most of them end up doing more damage than good. So, for a creator like you to come out and tell it so crisp and clear, it definitely creates an impact as to what needs to be done, how much needs to be done and more than anything, when it need to be done, agar zarurat nahi hai toh kyun karana I always thought I’ll get laser for hair reduction but I guess it’s not necessary at all, shaving isn’t that difficult anyway Thank you for making this one, you wouldn’t know how many would have changed their minds for good😀

Achieving significant results in treating acne scars typically requires more than one session. The main issue with acne scars is the loss of skin (collagen), which takes about 90 days to regenerate. Therefore, noticeable improvements usually start to appear after three sessions, each spaced a month apart, and further develop over the following three months. Unfortunately, there are many unqualified practitioners who know what procedures to perform but lack the expertise in setting the appropriate energy levels and adjusting treatments if the patient is not responding as expected. It is essential to consult a qualified professional and remain patient and hopeful. On average, a 60-70% improvement can be expected. Different types of scars need different approaches. Laser is not an option for all types of scars.

Sarah, I am 25 years old and have undergone laser hair reduction on my face, having 8 sessions twice in the last 5 years. Due to my thyroid condition, I have a lot of thick facial hair growth. My mother, who has fine hair, also got facial hair reduction, but it was made clear that my results would be far better than hers. I used to get poky hair after shaving because of the thickness, so for me, laser hair reduction has been a boon. I feel more confident because the growth I get now is much finer. I also have thick hair all over my body, and I'm confident I would get much better results with laser hair reduction. If someone has thick, hard growth that doesn't go away with normal waxing and requires Rica wax, I highly recommend getting laser hair reduction. You will thank me later. However, if shaving and waxing work for you, don't waste your money on laser hair reduction.

Hey Sara, I wanted to share my experience too. I've struggled with acne scars and felt really insecure about them. Whenever someone looked at my face for more than five seconds, I would feel extremely insecure, thinking they were judging how ugly I looked. I decided to try microneedling and co2 llaser treatments as suggested by my Dermat and although I've only seen about 5% improvement, I'm now focusing on my inner health and eating well. The journey was tough, both physically and mentally, but it was worth trying. Thanks for sharing your story; it helps to know we're not alone in this!

hey Sarah I have been getting laser for almost 2 years now, full body laser , and I am in lovveee , since I suffer from pcos ,I get hair on my chin , shoulder often but otherwise my hair growth has been reduced drastically, I can feel ur point of pain initially I also felt it but now the machine they have been using is triton which is literally completely painless except underarms that too very little because cooling effect is crazy and for bikini they use numbing cream 15 minutes prior n I don't feel a thing , I totally get what u experienced but just wanted to leave my experience here in case u or anyone else found it helpful, the laser via that machine is lil expensive but worth it , also the part where u mentioned u got double growth is maybe because of hormonal imbalance , btw love ur vedios , also I have never in my life commented on any KZbin Vedic before much love!

@@asthasingh3622 Rice is 100% gluten-free. I am an agricultural postgraduate, so I know what I am saying. The main protein in wheat is gluten. Gluten is the reason why we can make different breads from wheat because this gives it elasticity. Also, rye is derived from wheat only, and barley and wheat are closely related. Sara, the information you have given is almost correct, but I would like to tell you that the laser hair reduction works best on fair skin as you have a skin tone that is a little bit on the darker side. It doesn't work well. I am a fairskin tone girl and I had lots of hair crazy hair on my body and the results of laser are wonderful. It works best on hard growth and reduces the density and thickness of it , but yes it grows back but makes it really easy to shave off.

Finally someone said it abt laser not being pain-free 😅 I did it for underarm area and even my growth is very less so I thought I won't have any hair. Yes it's just a reduction and not removal. My hair growth is very fine and takes a long time but still not complete removal as they had marketed. What you said about self discovery about diet is very important. Not everything works for everyone. My nutritionist allowed me to eat everything for my sweet cravings but what doesn't work for me is baked goods, bread and alcohol. Once I took that out of my diet my bloating and acidity issues were gone. Also coming from a physio thanks for explaining importance of physiotherapy 😄
