Use good sunscreen and moisturiser it's the only need for skin but if you have other skin conditions as like acne melasma or other conditions you should use just one or two products also expensive products dont always mean good products there are good products evenly in the market which are relatively very cheap and affordable. I have also seen a few (rich)people who didn't need these products but because of the trend they start using unnecessary products which actually showed a reverse effect thats why trust what works for you not what they show

However, I suggest expanding its scope to include coverage of Vitiligo, a common skin condition that affects many individuals. Unfortunately, people with Vitiligo often face demoralization and stigma in society, leading to a profound and harmful impact on their well-being. By addressing this important topic, the podcast can help raise awareness and promote inclusivity. Regards, Ravindra Patil

Thanks for a great video again. I would like to see more interviews touching on the mental health issues that surround our cultural conditioning and create complex PTSD in people that make us lead miserable life for generations. The concept of complex PTSD is very new and helps unravel a lot of mental health issues. It goes back to our upbringing, social values and conditioning to address the problem from its roots. Similar to how your medical experts talk about full scan of the environment we live in to have a good diagnosis, complex PTSD can provide us similar framework for our mental health issues.

I can’t trust this man , with my skin. Collagen itself is a protein, why is he so negative bout all the alternative but botox and fillers are the best choice with no side effects? Man have some sense, i am so much hurt how he is just promoting his BREAD N BUTTER aka botox and fillers. Informative yet doesn’t do justice to a lot of things.
@debasmitadas53829 күн бұрын
Talking about consuming it, Collagen is a larger protein which has to be broken down into smaller molecules called amino acids(end products), for it to get absorbed from your intestine; this is just like any other protein you consume. So the health benefits are the same as you see with consuming better proteins in your diet like meat. Hence oral collegen supplements have no added skin benefits.

Follow basic skin care, first healthy diet, plenty of fruits, 3 litres of water. Then cleanser(optional) moisturiser, sunscreen in mOrning and cleanser moisturiser at night. Then you can add serums according to particular skin concern

Facial exercises can potentially increase muscle tone and improve circulation, which may have some benefits for facial appearance. However, there isn't conclusive evidence to suggest that facial exercises directly reduce skin collagen. In fact, some proponents argue that facial exercises can stimulate collagen production, but more research is needed to fully understand their effects on skin health.

Hello it’s very good conversation but two things I noticed when Raj ask about salicylic acid dr replyedits AHA i am afraid it’s BHA NOT AHA second thing I can explain hyrolonic acid is moisture binder One molecule of Hyrolonic acid Attracts moisture from the air thousandtime of its own weight so its very good humectant

As a doctor, first few minutes of the podcast I absolutely disagree and have so many counter questions on so many points. Gut health is not important for skin and hair???? Are u serious? Genetics are the cause but what about aggravating factors that’s diet and lifestyle? There are medicated facewash jinka kaam hai to control acne more not just face saaf kar dia. Iron deficiency anemia gives u hairfall. Chronic anemia can cause permanent hair loss. So multivitamins iron b12 don’t work? Galderma allergan blah blah are not “billion dollars company” because they research so much. It’s because they have become brands like LV in clothes 🤦♀️

I have a question yrr.... yesterday I went to dermatologist for pimples and acne's treatment..along with gel, sunscreen, cleanser, limcee, he prescribed me 2 more pills...1 is AF-300 (1 Time in a week for 1 month) and the another is cefadroxil tablets (14 tablets for 7 Days).......IDK why but I'm feeling that AF-300 shouldn't be prescribe. What's your point of view

@@theduskyera See I am a final year mbbs graduate I will explain shortly why dermatologist priscribed those medications U said u have Acne problem So Acne are multiple types and most common are Fungal acne and Bacterial Acne and these both can occur together So AF 300 tablet is Fluconazole tablet which is Anti fungal drug for ur fungal acne And Cefadroxil is Anti bacterial drug for your bacterial acne And cleanser is for cleaning ur skin surface for removal of oil and any minor bacteria Because oil deposition can also cause acne so have to use cleanser atleast 2 times a day Sunscreen is must and everyone should use it and it's ur choice And u said gel it's most probably Azelaic acid gel or Benzyl peroxide gel which mostly used to treat acne by applying on acne spots So I think u understood clearly why ur dermatologist recommended those medications. And I can also understand after buying all those medications we have to spend lots of money obviously we feel our doctor don't know anything and he prescribed lots of unecessary medicines U have to know that becoming dermatologist in India is very hard It totally takes 15 to 20 years to become dermatologist so they learn a lot and have vast clinical experience so u can trust them Hope this clears ur doubts
