Use good sunscreen and moisturiser it's the only need for skin but if you have other skin conditions as like acne melasma or other conditions you should use just one or two products also expensive products dont always mean good products there are good products evenly in the market which are relatively very cheap and affordable. I have also seen a few (rich)people who didn't need these products but because of the trend they start using unnecessary products which actually showed a reverse effect thats why trust what works for you not what they show

Thanks for a great video again. I would like to see more interviews touching on the mental health issues that surround our cultural conditioning and create complex PTSD in people that make us lead miserable life for generations. The concept of complex PTSD is very new and helps unravel a lot of mental health issues. It goes back to our upbringing, social values and conditioning to address the problem from its roots. Similar to how your medical experts talk about full scan of the environment we live in to have a good diagnosis, complex PTSD can provide us similar framework for our mental health issues.

Precise and spot-on responses! This is something that more and more people ought to understand to stop wasting money on goods that companies sell by inciting fear. Actives really do work, and they really improve skin. However, glass skin and multiple-layer skincare are just marketing gimmicks. It's about time we understood this.

When I use it, my face looks brighter in just a few minutes. Once a day I use rice berry face serum as well and i noticed when i use it it glows my face even further and keep it hydrated and fresh throughout the day.

This was a fun and very informative podcast and yes our skincare products cannot be penetrated deeper than 2 layers of our skin that is Epidermis and dermis. Most products only go through the epidermis and very few products go through the dermis layer. But that isn't what skincare products are. Not every product has to go through into your skin for an effect. You can use more than 2 products in your skincare routine. The purpose is that with some products the formulation enters deeper layers of your skin while some just sit on top making your skin appear healthy. I don't support a 10 -12 skincare routine. But if someone finds it beneficial go ahead. Skincare is a selfcare thing for a lot people so do whatever suits you and your budget.

Hello Raj, This podcast has a significant impact on the beauty and personal care industry as a whole. However, I suggest expanding its scope to include coverage of Vitiligo, a common skin condition that affects many individuals. Unfortunately, people with Vitiligo often face demoralization and stigma in society, leading to a profound and harmful impact on their well-being. By addressing this important topic, the podcast can help raise awareness and promote inclusivity. Regards, Ravindra Patil

Face yoga does make difference I think maybe little bit it does.I am a senior citizen 65years , I started doing this face yoga for my neck and I do feel difference, so maybe it helps some and not all.Diet and keeping oneself free of all worries and tentions is key to good mental and physical health.

When we talk abt sunscreen, how much can you apply, generally on face people apply , but if its the case of UV rays inside home then entire body needs sunscreen ?
