Df, you have lure the giant crab to attack you. After a couple of swings, it will get tired and will expose its weak spot which is its back. Simply dash to the weakspot to deal damage. Its easier to beat the crab with a smaller shark because they get hungry slower. Plus do attack the crab at the start because the longer you play the game, the faster you get hungry.

I don't get the people complaining about him spending his money, obviously he isn't literally gambling like many people have joked ie: "he's basically gambling at this point" under comments complaining about it, you don't spend 500 dollars if you don't know for a fact that you won't struggle because of it. It's his money he has every right to spend it on what he wants, so if he wants to spend it on random games he has every right too and he makes videos on them for us to enjoy, which I for one really enjoy, so no one is losing anything over him spending $500 because no one other than him has the right to say how any of that money was spent in the first place.

In order to eat the crab you have to dodge its attacks 3 times in a row so it reveals its weak spot then you have to boost into the weak spot to damage it. You have to do this multiple times until the crab is defeated and lies there without moving then you can finally boost into it one final time to consume the crab.
