did you know the only real difference between carbon fiber and fiber glass ... aside from cost is one is conductive and the other is not .. they are both equivalent for strength and heat resistance ... the amount of difference is less than 1% ...

Totally agree! I wouldn't have the nerve to fly any of what Ramy has built. The C-5 he's been working on and flying with Tyler Perry, is nothing short of amazing I know the physical, and I do fly, but looking at the C-17 , I still ask myself "How does it fly

Ramy - Nice job brother. One tip - take your Brayer Roller to the belt sander. Angle the ends/edges and feed into the sander until they're rounded off to the profile you need. It really helps having a rounded brayer roller when smoothing your glass/fiber as you don't get those lines from the normal/straight brayers when working on compound internal surfaces.

At 7:31, the brass eyelet inserts are installed upside down into the servo grommets. The wide flange needs to be installed towards the mounting surface to spread the load out, otherwise the screw will force the sharp edge of the eyelet to cut into the mounting surface.

Beautiful job! Looks like it flies fantastic. One minor bit of advise, you are installing your servo eyelets incorrectly. The flanges should face down against the mounting surface. When mounted the other way, the barrel will dig into the surface and not provide any shock absorption. The head of the screw and the flange work opposite each other to capture the rubber grommet for isolation.
