I am 3 minutes in and so happy I found you! I also have a weird skin tone. I am half Mexican/half Caucasian (my mom wears the lightest two shades of most ranges). My arms are tan on the top and pale underneath so using the vein color method is unhelpful since my veins are blue underneath and green on top. I tan lightning fast but I also lose my tan fast. Every foundation either looks orange or pink or even orange and pink at the same time. Light is too pale, medium is too dark.

OH MY GOSH YOU UNDERSTAND!!!! I'm Colombian, but my mom is super fair and my dad is naturally tan, so I get that struggle!!! You may just find your perfect shade in this range! There are 10 light to medium shades! I have never seen that before...Thank you for taking the time to watch my video!

This was the first review of Rare Beauty that I've seen that wasn't done by someone who received the whole PR kit. Yours are definitely the best results I've seen. Anne Rice possibly! I filmed this last night and today I used the elf putty primer and it still looks beautiful. It even prevented the foundation from sinking into my smile lines! You might be right!

I love hilary duff! But I also love Selena. I watched Lizzie McGuire probably when I was around 7 ish. But the message and mission behind rare beauty is really admirable and beautiful. And there are so many details that Selena put into the products and packaging that make it so accessible to everyone and so inclusive.

Hey so I'm light to medium with neutral to warm undertone I mean it ain't completely warm but it's not cool at all so it's in between I use Mac studio NC20_25 what shade of foundation would you suggest? Ps: I would like a lighter shade only cause I've already gotten wrong dark shades of mac so I can make them work if it'll be one shade lighter otherwise I want a close match. Thank you

Hi there! The shade I have is described as 210N - light medium with neutral beige undertones. 240W - light medium with warm golden undertones and 250W - light medium with warm peach undertones. They have shade descriptions for every shade and also a shade finder on sephora! I hope this helps!

Lmao. Girl… I only go to Sephora to redeem my birthday gift and probably buy one or two items I’ve been eyeing through out the year. Lol Hence that’s why I’m here… want to try rare beauty and my birthday it this month! So yeah!!! And I have the same issue as you with matching myself and I’m also light medium… your preaching to my choir!!! And I was actually considering 210N but was doubting myself. But from how it looks like you I’m more confident in trying it out. Also I have the colourpop tinted moisturizer in light 7W and it’s the perfect shade I have tried their foundation though.

I am really loving all the Rare beauty products I have purchased so far. I recently bought the new powder and bronzer. And I have yet to try something I didn't like. Hello! According to Sephora 210N is light medium with neutral beige undertone and 230N in light medium neutral olive undertone. Olive will most likely have a little more green in it. That is my best guess, hope that helps!

Ugh my skin tone is the same as yours… except that you light be 1/2 shade deeper than me. But our tone is the same. Everything (pink or yellow) just seem to always be too bright on me! Neutrals seem too yellow also. I have a really muted, almost green undertone tone that matches NOTHING! So I usually get a “neutral “ fountain, and add green and/ or blue color corrector to it. I also have deep brown eyes, and ashy medium- dark brown hair. It’s so odd to be your “average white girl”, and have this issue. (Meaning we are usually much more catered to world wide.. sadly.. and STILL it’s hard to find a match. I shouldn’t complain much compared to other groups that don’t get catered to. But I know what you mean about being light- medium, and NEVER finding a match!)
