The patch notes clearly said leona skin(karina) would be free and by preodering it. But no idea how to after the update came out so i assume the kof stamp event is how u get it since they did say youll get free kof skin on 23rd without specifying which one it is. So im gonna wait until then before i waste $45 for 1.7k gems
