I got INSANE luck with a double crit speed boots piece. Imagine my shock when it all went into DEF.

My relic farm sessions always have the most absurd luck but also the worst. I was farming HP relics for Natasha. And got dozens of Crit Rate and Crit DMG substats, and then perfectly rolled them while leveling the HP relics. All the while I glare at my Sushang, my main DPS, whom I can barely get a good crit dmg substat roll on her. Edit; The Good part of this is that I got perfect relics for Luocha ahead of time though. So thats a win.

I have been trying for longest time to get speed main stat lighting boots (9 hp, 4 atk, 2 def). I'm not even asking for a good at this point I have grinding for more than a week. I'm seriously considering using the self modeling resin.

Started HSR for her and had to reroll once to get her, then got her to e1 after losing 50/50 on Seele banner she made weekly boss battle and simulated world 6 so much easier...far from broken, definitely not bad but really hope she'll get better with later updates. hopefully you can get her before 300 pull on standard :)

I have welt as a main dps, e0 s1 with his signature lc. He does hit hard, and fun to play. U need a bit of effect hit rate in substats to guarantee the bonus ability (increase dmg receive 12% upon ult) to proc. Several times when i ult, the imprisonment proc, but the bonus ability didnt, eventhough their base hitrate is the same at 100%.

The enemy that can revive can actually be killed in one go. Just debuff him specifically by Pela's skill their revive's kinda like a buff so Pela can remove it by hitting them with her skill.

Welt main here. If you really wanna make his slow mechanic useful since most enemies in higher content have high effect res, Prioritize effect hit rate over crit. Welt's lightcone and his traces are more than enough to contribute to the overall team dmg. Oh and break effect is kinda meh on welt since it messes with his slow debuff

No need to wait 1.2, she is good at lv 80 due to that free 15% crit rate enabling you to build more crit damage. Fire relics + world 6 relics has perfect synergy with her too. People says she sucks, but in reality she is not. It's Jing Yuan that's too broken for an Erudition character.

So 5 star relic have 4 sub stats, if you get a 5 star relic with only 3 sub stats then if you level up to +3 it will get another sub stats, generally sub stats can increase every time you level up your relic by 3, so one sub stats can increase randomly every time you upgrade it from (3, 6,9,12,15)

maybe because she afflict burn. kafka will come out in 1.2 and one of her traces, which is originally her e1, makes enemies be able to receive dot immediately. this potentially makes dot units i.e. serval & sampo & luka very good

and here i am sitting on 63 Fuels And TL 59 who never ran a artifact dungeon so far and still have 8 chars successfully build (ofc not as strong as Tenha but good enough for the content out there). I learned in Genshin alrdy that as more patient u are the more u get outta it later and levels+skills are more important to begin with anyway. But thats the good thing on Starrail and Genshin, everyone can play as he/she thinks and likes it the best.

@@foxinabox5103 I'm on 4pc musketeer to this day because I have a really decent one, and no reason to farm the relic domain without an imaginary dps. 4 fire as clunky as it is would be better still. For her strong suit anyway, for spreading her damage across the kit the combo does the job.

Most DPS focused characters, if not all, want crit. You can of course get by just fine with an ATK body, but raising your crit up is gonna make your damage soar. So to answer your question of if it matters, technically no, but it's *very* nice to have.
