I stand amazed in the presence of Jesus the Nazarene,
And wonder how He could love me, a sinner, condemned, unclean.

Not two hours ago, my mother in law just beleived on Jesus Christ as LORD and was saved from her sins. My wife and I stand amazed. We put on this hymn to worship Him. Of Jesus the scriptures witness: "20 This gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter. 21 I will praise thee: for thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation. 22 The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner. 23 This is the LORD'S doing; it is marvellous in our eyes. 24 This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it." -Psalm 118:20-24

Maybe the organist could use a variation of settings. Not as much Reed for the hymn texts. A beautiful instrument but too abrasive to lead worship. Prelude etc. pull those reeds on.
