I started a C2C crochet blanket and Halloween has arrived at Michaels!

I started working on a new project. I was impressed by others graphgans (afghan based on a graph pattern) that I had been seeing and decided to try out C2C (corner to corner) crochet. I ran out of yarn and needed to take a trip to Michaels to pic up some more, only to find that Halloween has arrived at Michaels! Spooky season is here!

Shiver me timbers! Halloween and Thanksgiving came to enjoy the summer too 🏴‍☠ i guess they wanted to experience something other than the October and November chill. I welcome the Halloween disco theme and the pastels are a nice touch to the holiday as well.

I love getting a longer Halloween season. It does my spooky heart well :) I love how there are so many variations on the Halloween themes so each year it feels like there are new things in addition to some classics.
