I personally love teaching noobs. I always teach berry bush first as that's the simplest way to be very helpful as a noob. Then I teach them how to catch rabbits, and finally pies. As it ties all the lessons together we make some berry rabbit pies and then I usually die soon after that lol. One thing I absolutely hate is the people who mess things up when you're trying to teach. They fill the pies before your student can work it out, or they skin the rabs before the student can. I once took 2 out of town a little to teach them how to farm potatoes and some annoying person just kept running over and harvesting them or planting the seeds for them. It's so annoying! If someone is teaching let them teach and let the students learn! You're not going to lose out if a noob takes a little bit longer than you would to farm/cook whatever....

Yes, I agree. Don't go too crazy on the mods for your regular videos, but if you want to show off some game changing mods then you can show em off in KZbin shorts. Love your videos, been watching for a while. There is something about your voice that is soothing, I miss your old videos without your beautiful face, because there is something about your voice that made every character in OHOL come to life, now I get distracted going from your expressions to in-game content. But I know it requires more effort in your videos, now, and it is a higher quality. So although I expect and hope you to continue to keep leveling up in life, I also wish for you to never change.

Trouble with everyone around you (or how it feels) seeming to also be new is nobody knows what they're doing either 😂 had a few really nice people help me out but for the most part only know absolute basics. How do i tell my ma im not entirely new anymore but barely know anything when I'm born? 😂 i don't want to lie but if i say no not new they abandon me entirely 😂 Anyway had a lot of very interesting experience so far to put it mildly. As a baby - multiple starving to death, afk mums meaning i get adopted by other players or just die straight away, one new town which i thought would be great to learn from scratch only for half the people to decide they didn't like how my ma was running things so they took all the food with half the people and starved us to death (i had spent my whole life till then getting kindling lol and came back to my ma and sister dying and my son being kidnapped). Also what's with so many babies insta dying? I applaud you for taking the time to teach, for me as a new player (maybe it's my age, I'm not a young n anymore) but the right click left click really won't go in and i keep pickin up things i don't mean to and vice versa. Also i hate that paths make you auto run - especially playing on a laptop with no mouse - any suggestions? Anyway, hope to run into you in game some day 😂 really enjoy your videos 🎉

I think saying 'kinda' when they ask you if they're new is your best bet, or just say yes at the start and then clarify a bit later when you can talk >Also what's with so many babies insta dying? If you get born in a town that you don't wanna be in you can type /die to spawn elsewhere instead, this also resets your mother's baby cooldown so she can have another immediately. It's useful if you want to get born in a specific family for some reason >the right click left click really won't go in and i keep pickin up things i don't mean to and vice versa I like thinking of it like this - left click is INTERACT, right click is SWAP. It's true for like 90% of items except for some more complex things that have other actions tied to them >i hate that paths make you auto run This is more of a building/town design problem, only roads and highways make you auto run and they should generally be used for paths that you wanna just zoom thru as fast as possible. When people build roads through a farm it causes issues like this.

Funny my first time playing this i was born to the afk leader where I was stolen and named Sam wise, and then when my foster mother died i buried her and took the opportunity to explore the map and found in a multi biome sweep found a bunch of tropical plants and found three dead settlement's, one prim another agrarian and the last one Georgian in technology, did locate a bunch of iron mines, got stung bitten and chased by wolfs and bears, yeah the game would be good if it took into account your skill level or just time played because i hadn't a clue what to do once i got back and just hung around till death

It does take your time played into account, when you're new your food lasts like 10x longer and that bonus slowly goes down as you play

i personally wouldnt like private servers but maybe thered be a way to like do something like the curse mechanic and have preferred people? or even you and some friends can make a group and if there arent enough fertiles for everyone in the group you could like wait or something? private servers would take away the fun randomness of this game
