I was lucky enough to get a guy to do 2 heists with me with a huge cut (he was very nice) and i got enough to start doing my own heists try going onto the gta online discord and finding people to do the cayo perico heist with (search up some yt tutorials on how to do it) you will get about 15% cut most of the time which is usually around 2-300k

Yea.. I finally gave this game a try this year, starting out as a lvl 1. One month in, I find this game rather repetitive and boring: endless money grinds just to stay ahead of all the utility costs, time consuming missions with modest payouts and griefers all over the place that compromise your chances of success and payout even further. There's no efficient ingame mean to bond with other players like e.g. the guilds in WoW, so it's pretty much of a hassle to get well organized for a complex mission; reducing your chances of success and getting paid. Obviously, this is part of Rockstar's business model; by keeping prices high, payouts modest and complicate good teamwork that can increase chance of success, they want to pursuade players to take the easy way and buy Shark cards. And while I've seen some more effective money grinds by some players, they require a fair amount of levelling and investing for them to work and this never ending hunt for income really compromises the game experience imo. This game is all about using real money to buy game money and then blow all that cash on useless stuff.

Not an endless grind once you have everything. Don’t use real money. Even though it’s easy to do, you won’t feel accomplished and ruins the game IMO. If you are solo I recommend getting ceo office first then car garage to sell cars for good money solo

You're exactly right. I'm a solo player and I had to get like 2 or 3 Shark cards (at least they were giving double the money back then) just to get a "high-end" apartment, the offices, a small warehouse, a vehicle warehouse, a bike club (for the MC missions) and the document and money forgery businesses, and the bunker, and upgrade them. I had like 15 million when the Nightclubs were released, so I got one. Then upgrading it was also pretty expensive. I also got the Terrorbyte and the Mobile Operations Center which are pretty expensive and useless if you play solo, which I didn't know back then, and you can't get rid of them after you buy them. Later I got a Deluxo to do CEO missions and pay for all the staff and utilities expenses which pile up quickly. Then the Casino update was released and got the Penthouse (which I could've gotten for free had I known Amazon Prime included Twitch Prime back then) and later the arcade. I had to grind a lot to afford all of those because honestly I had paid like 3 times what GTA V cost me back in 2015 in Shark cards so I wasn't gonna spend more real money on it. Finally the Cayo Perico update was released and I had to buy the submarine, but since this is the first heist you can do solo (and it's insanely difficult, I might add) at least those last expenses are finally paying for themselves.

Yeah, I was playing on PS3 a lot, then switched over my acc to PC as this was still possible and played to around level 120-ish ... but not really organized and just randomly buying things, lost interest in the game a few times until I fully stopped a few years ago. Got an Xbox One a few weeks back and saw GTA V as a 50% deal, bought it and got sucked into GTA online again. Your video is so very accurate! This is how I stumbled upon your channel in the first place, as I didn't want to make the same mistakes I did on my last account, and I also was overwhelmed with all the new jobs/buildings/calls, etc. you really need a guide to start out. Was farming VIP missions and special cargo as well as I/E a lot in the last few days and will start the Cayo Perico heist tomorrow ... hopefully I will be able to buy everything I want until the end of the month so that I can finally be at peace with this game and lay it to rest for a few more years :D

After 8 years for the first time playing gta online I started new on lvl 1 few days ago. Still griefers everywhere and even worse with that flying rocket bike. The whole mission thing is a COMPLETE CHAOS! 5 calls from 5 different characters, you need to jump from that to that so you can start that mission. Prices.. I don't need to say more about that. I got kicked out of many missions bc I'm not that good as they are and being on a level under 10. Playing online is a whole sensory overload.

I joined the game a few weeks ago and man this is overwhelming. You spawn in this city with SO MUCH opportunity but you don't even know where to start. Characters are calling you and spamming you with text messages, you're afraid of other players because you know how toxic the community is and everything is expensive af. I was lucky with my first heist at lvl 6 because the other 3 players let me play with them so I got the 1 million bonus but otherwise it's such a grind I ended up doing races because I like racing games. Overall I think this isn't what an online game should look like. I hope they'll do better in GTA VI.

We did some business sell missions, and then he put me in the diamond casino heist with him and gave me a huge cut. By far, the most money I made that early on, and it helped me buy a vehicle warehouse to make money on my own.

@doggy_047 nah man console had hackers too, or maybe “glitchers” would be more appropriate. Why I quit back when heist came out, someone put like a billion dollar bounty on my character so I out lived it and realized that R* was probably going to either ban me for looking guilty or take the cash so I spent most of it on cars and apartments and a garage. Even laundered it to my friends when I found out they were just going to take the cash. So when I came back a few weeks ago I had like 5 million in my bank account and 20 million in property and vehicles, also full ammo and modded out guns.

As a new player that started few weeks ago this is pretty accurate, and the problem with toxic community is that eventually you become one as well. You start to expect everyone just to kill you when they get close to you so your instinct is to just shoot them first. Doesn't take long before there is nothing left of your initial innocence. I still manage to have fun because I play with mates sometimes but if you're on your own most people wont enjoy it and give up on it pretty quick.

That was my brother's experience. He started playing gta v and people would often leave heists after he was waiting for a while. Any high lvl player who stayed to do the heist usually trolled by sabotaging. Every person he met has killed him or trolled him. When i gave my brother my account (has Every thing) he took the oppressor and started killing people and swearing at them. He had become the very thing he hated as he continued killing people and blowìng up people's goods.

When I started playing I just robbed stores and played Simeon's missions a few times but I kept dying and we couldn't make money, I didn't know how to buy an apartment or a garage or even cars, I just jacked the cars of random Npc's. I started doing Gerald's missions a lot and got some money, then I found out a friend of mine played and we just played whatever was on 2x or 3x money. He was almost level 100 and he had the Kosatka, he taught me the Cayo Perico Heist and then I bought my ow. Kosatka but it took a long time to do the preparations and I kept dying, but i made some millions

if you're low level these days u can do all 3 treasure hunts (which give you 77500K all together) and you can also do IAA Missions, in the U thingy on your map

As someone who played intensely day 1 on PS3 for a few years, then took a long break and came back on PC in 2021 with a fresh account I can say these problems are spot on. Practically no part of the Online is actually fun until you've got at least ~5m made for the businesses and offices, and even then the grind for money is still rough. Back in 2013 shit was so fun first starting out and they just basically removed all that from the game

Actually, I just started GTA 5 a week ago. I met some really nice people. One of them helped me get my first car, garage, and apartment, the other one always took me with him on the Cayo Perico heist, and I met a modder, he only uses it against toxic people (Like griefers) and to help people with missions. I've had a great start in GTA 5.

@rockindobbs2695 : Learn to use chaff properly. Most kid griefers use flares and they're garbage. They only block one missile. All you have to do is pop chaff so they can't lock on and then fire two missiles. The second one gets them. You have to constantly watch the extended radar and pop chaff before they get in lock-on range.

I did this last year. It consisted of me going and immediately getting the kotsatka after grinding up the money for it via early game grinding missions. Then just grinned cayo perico till I had everything I wanted.

There's literally no way to avoid grinding unless you glitch. The best option is to become an associate grind out sightseer and headhunter etc, until you get 2.2 Mill for the submarine. Then grind the absolute 💩 outta Cayo perico. 👍
