If you have a problem with the fact that VIP-work is based on a start-first-get-served-first-principle, you dont belong in GTA Online. This goes for claiming one of the 8 VIP-Spots but also for the Jobs themselves. And if it was a problem to anyone in that session. they could have just created a solo- or solo-public-session.
