Hello Grishma, Haveli looks lovely and the interior design adds a feeling of warmth, however it would have added another level of positive memory if the attention to detail in the way they have given to the haveli to make it look beautiful would have also been translated into the hospitality given equally to all of their guests. In the end what we remember the most is the care given to us irrespective of the physical place it self. It doesn’t matter then if it’s a 5 star place or a small home. I’m sorry you had to face that.
