"I'm not going to kill a crow. Crows are cool." Good thing this isn't a Resident Evil game then. You'd be missing out on a lot of good items and/or ammo. Not sure why a crow is carrying ammo or coins, but they do.

Nope, sorry. Lara is not outrunning a bear. Black bears can get up to 30 miles per hour and grizzles can reach up to 35 miles per hour. The fastest sprinters in the world can get up to maybe 30 on a track.
