I don’t know how this whole KZbin/podcast situation works but you would make such an amazing, interesting guest on Jenna and Kevin’s podcast. I’ve been watching your Glee videos since before you even started watching the show and saw the progression from really not knowing much about Naya and Cory to where you are now and how you slowly started to fall in love with them and the rest of the cast. the amount of tears I've cried about naya is insane. she still means so much to so many people and i love heather and the others so much for being strong enough to continue to honor her and to give us this wonderful gift. The day before Naya passed I had this urge to watch her coming out episode. Hadn’t watched glee since its original run. But I was at a friends house and we were like let’s watch glee (it had just come on streaming), and for some reason I chose that episode. The next day I woke up to the news she went missing. I know I’m not alone in this happening. I’ve heard a lot of glee fans had this happen. And I like to think that it was Naya saying goodbye to the fans. She loved us so much. And we will always love her. She was my hero. I miss her everyday. She changed my life.

I think all of us Glee fans hoped that they would find Naya alive and well but when they finally found her body, my heart broke into a million pieces and gave me PTSD of when Cory died 😭 Naya's story especially hurts me because she died saving her son 🥺

Such a beautiful song by Naya Rivera. It felt so good to hear her voice again. It was so great to hear Naya reunited with her Glee cast with the added background vocals I appreciate them for creating Snixxmas and keeping Naya's memory alive by supporting Alexandria House which Naya herself supported while she was alive. Also thank you Audrey and Danny for reacting to not only this song by Naya but all the Glee/Glee-related reactions you have done specifically the songs that feature Naya. For me I always thought Naya had not only one of the most powerful voices of the Glee cast but to me she also had the most unique voice of the Glee cast. I've always said if I had to name my top 10 favorite covers from Glee that featured Naya (rather it was a solo, duet, or a group performance) the songs would be in at minimum 5 different genres because she was always switching up her voice to fit the genre she was singing yet it always somehow worked without her sounding out of place or like her voice didn't fit the genre.

when Naya released unofficially the EP, I ran to listen all the tracks and Prayer for the Broken was obviously the highlight of the album. That song was the kind of song I was expecting from Naya's artistry... it is like an anthem about how cruel and cold this world, and specially the entertainemnt industry could be... after all the stress that awful Lea Michelle should made her pass, and Ryan Murphy's negligence to that abuse... Naya was really the force, the powerhouse of the show. You could feel it by the texts of the actors about her.

I still cry in the middle of the night every now and again thinking about the fact that Naya is gone. First time I listened to this song, I absolutely bawled for hours getting to hear her voice again in a new way. I can really pick out Amber (Mercedes) and Kevin (Artie) from the backing vocals. I thought I already commented so even though the comments have covered most of it: This is a previously unreleased song recorded in 2012 written by Isaac Hasson and Lindy Robbins (Lindy was one of the writers of Demi Lovato's Skyscraper). It was originally meant for Naya's debut album that was never made but in 2019, she decided to share it on her Soundcloud profile. Then last December 1st the song was officially released as a single, featuring new background vocals by Heather Morris/Brittany S. Pierce (so in a way Britney Spears), Amber Riley/Mercedes, Kevin McHale/Artie, Jenna Ushkowitz/Tina, Vanessa Lengies/Sugar Motta and Ashley Fink/Lauren Zizes (Amber is doing the "afraid" and "oooh" echo in the chorus and Kevin is doing the "We are not alone" run at the end) to honor her memory during the Annual Snixxmas Charity Fundraiser. The charity, named after Naya's annual Christmas party, raises money for Alexandria House, a non-profit organisation which provides safe and supportive housing for women and children experiencing homelessness and trauma. Proceeds from the song also goes to the organisation. Hearing Naya's voice is so comforting. It is such a beautiful and powerful song and I relate to the lyrics so much. I've had it on repeat and cried nonstop for hours. I've had the most excruciating few years and Christmas is especially hard for me. I know I should be grateful to be alive but I just can't. I miss being joyful. I miss living. I've just been surviving. Sending love to anyone who has lost joy and meaning in life and is just trying to survive ❤

Danny is a very sensible guy cuz he realized soon Naya's voice is a SOUL voice, not a pop, primarily. The thing about Naya is she was versatile: she auditioned for glee singing Destiny's Child version of Emotions. The first song she sang on the show was I Say a Little Prayer by Aretha. She has a dark raspy yeat golden timbre... it is difficult to examine cuz she has a lot of versatility (she was a latin-black-white girl lol). That richness was inside her, and her voice just expressed.

She was on Glee, and had an amazing voice. Her character came out as lesbian in the second season and the storyline, which she encouraged, really impacted a lot of people, especially since it was, what, 2009? She died in 2020 saving her 4 year old son from drowning. 🦋 💔 She used to have big “Snixxmas” parties (Sinxx was her alter ego lol). Since her passing, her friends from Glee have been doing Snixxmas fundraising for her favorite charity Alexandria House. This year for Snixxmas, they recorded backup vocals on an unreleased song she had recorded.
