With my second this is what I did: get out BEFORE that baby goes down for their first nap. Do a carrier nap on a walk or at the park or at your friends house.
Invite your friends over DURING the nap!
We have SO MUCH STRESS and anxiety around sleep. Babies (especially in the first 4 months) usually can sleep anywhere.

So true. My 3 year old one nap a day and 10months old 2 naps a day. One wakes up another sleeps ,i am just waiting to have one nap a day. I can not do or go anywhere. 😢😢😢😢😂😂😂😂

Personally, I always turn it off when I watch your videos. It’s usually inaccurate because you talk so fast and I find it distracting. But that’s just me. Whatever works for you and the majority of your viewers is fine. I can just turn it off. 🤷‍♀️
