Listen man, I don't ever preach about higher powers. But I believe that something lined you up so that you would come across that kitty. a few years ago I came across dog crate on a fire road deep in Pisgah Natl Forest. I was unable to locate a dog but it was fresh consindering the dog food was still there. sad someone had abandoned a dog out there. You should name the cat Elk. Just sayin
