I’m 27, Iraqi, living in Australia all my life. I also stopped listening to music and it has been just over a year now. I honestly feel grounded. I feel like shaytan doesn’t affect my mentality and mood like it used too. It’s honestly the Athaan for shaytan guys. I hope all of us take the same approach inshallah, I highly recommend it and extremely underrated within the west culture.
