I have been retwisting my locs from jump every 6 weeks. I want to go longer but think this is best amount since I am only 7 months in the loc game. It’s true what you say though. People think my hair is way more mature than it is. I prefer the more fuller root look over the fresh retwist. Also my hair is always moisturized cause I care less if the retwist last long. Less is more.

Your Locs are gorgeous 👌🏾 I love the size of your Locs and that perfect centre part. I’m exactly like you I love my Locs when it’s fuller at the roots. You just got to do what you Locs need at each stage of your journey. I Semi Free formed my Locs for a whole year and loved! ☺️
