keep going maan, everyone makes mistakes sometimes but only some people like u realize what they are doing and fix it, man me too personally would have quit, but my faith keeps me in line going to the mosque early in the morning is something i kinda have to do in my faith and i love it, keeps me sane spiritually and its a common start for the morning routine and the rest is habit now

When my alarm goes off for my early morning routine and I can't pop straight out of bed, like maybe I didn't sleep well, or stayed up too late... I find it easy to start to justify why I shouldn't get out of bed and start... like "I'm do a rest" or "I'll just work out later" but I just ask myself one or two questions: "What will make my future self proud?" - like later in the day, will I be ashamed that I gave in to tiredness or laziness or will I be proud that I did what I said aimed to do? Then if that doesn't work, I basically ask the same question in a different way, and that's "Do I want to be the guy that got up and did it, or the guy that sleeps the day away." Exceptions exist for sure, but by far, more great people and movers and shakers get up early. For things like journaling and meditation, I admit, I'm weak in those areas, but when I did journal and tried to write each day, if I REALLY didn't want to, then I'd just write the date and then "I committed to writing something, so here's something" and if I was really done, that was it, but more often than not, the words kept flowing. Like journaling one sentence, or meditating one minute keeps a streak and helps build the habit, and is better than nothing at all. If you need motivation on building good habits, a QUICK six page read I HIGHLY recommend (one of the most impactful things I've ever read - and it's super short) is a speech given by Albert Gray in 1940 called "The Common Denominator of Success." It's a bit dated, so get over that, the overall message is still impactful. Just google it and get the PDF. Super quick: albert gray common denominator of success

Use heartbreak as fuel for motivation. She left you for a reason. You weren’t good enough. Use that fact to prove her wrong and go from the man she didn’t want to the man she can’t have

Like a discord? No, however I’m considering starting a community soon, maybe at around 1000 subs. Would that be something you would be interested in?

Whether you beleive in it or not, depression is a thing. I think making out that it isn't is really harmful for people living with it. Unsubscribing.
