Hi Erin.. I am laid up today…fell in a hole while walking and got something going on so got a steroid injection and my husband is watching me like a hawk, because I have to be still today. So, what do I do but tune into Utube and so excited you were there to try on what you got from the sale. There is no way I could pick a favorite in the clothes items. Everything looks so good on you. I love all the pants especially the Mother jeans. The All Saints outfit is magnificent. You are going to laugh at me, but if I can not buy full price I do watch you and copy. I found a black and grey scarf that is the same size as yours, same colors , lightweight , and a beautiful pattern. You guessed it..estate sale. It goes perfectly, with my blazer faux leather jacket. The house was gorgeous so everything was high priced , especially the gorgeous furniture , so was a little leary of picking up clothes that were not priced but picked up the scarf, a midi skirt, a beautiful puffed sleeved wool navy peacoat, a Bob Marley sweatshirt for my nephew, a cute brown teddy coat, a couple of household items and beautiful old mirror, a few garage items and it was all ten dollars!!! I will probably watch your video again. Those over the knees western boots were a wow piece. You have the best taste. You are so fortunate too , that everything looked gorgeous on you. I usually have to send items ordered back. I can be three sizes according to the brand. Our closet Nordstrom is Columbus. I used to not have to thrift, but it is fun to find deals. Estate sales are not always for deceased people. A lot of people head South and leave everything in their house. Thank you Erin for being such an inspiration. ❤❤❤❤

I happened upon this video and I am so happy! I am 5’4, size 26, size 7.5 shoe and a little short waisted/long legged like it looks like you may be too! Crazy about the brown cardigan dress by Open Edit because I thought that color brown looked fantastic on you! I love the idea of going through each outfit and commenting on the fit because it teaches women how clothing should fit. But I wish you would suggest seeking out a tailor if something needs hemmed, for example. Everyone needs an alterations person because not every piece of clothing will fit every body. Sometimes it just takes a nip and a tuck. Plus, Nordstrom offers free alterations!

You're absolutely right! Free alterations from Nordstrom does make it easier, but personally it is hard to get myself to take items in to get hemmed most of the time. If it's something I really LOVE, then yes, I'll make time for it... but I know that otherwise it will sit and sit and I might forget about it. A good tailor is GREAT to have on hand though!! xo

For leather shoes that are too tight, run hot water inside the shoe, then wear them with socks and they will form fit to your foot. I figured this out by accident.

Yes, if I absolutely love a piece then I will...But I know myself and know that I don't want to take the time to have alterations done on a regular basis, if I can avoid it. Most of the items on my list were sold either sold out or disappointing once I saw them in person. Blouses made of fabrics that felt cheap. I was looking for white jeans in point of view, but wasn't impressed with the fabrics for those either. Too thin. I ended up going to Kohl's and finding white jeans that were better in both quality and price.
