Leopard print was never out of style. It was always a staple piece. The other prints are harder to pull off.

Always loved animal prints (leopard and snake skin), suede, dainty jewellery and nautical. Never liked fringes, slouchy bags, nor strapless tops/dresses for me. Thank you, Alice ❤

Take extra care, friends, while wearing anything with long fringe. It can get caught in cars, trains, elevators and other machines, and women have been dragged to their deaths this way. Sorry to rain on the parade, just a warning from a safety pro to have a little extra awareness while wearing fringe. Enjoy shorter fringe as much as you like, but take care with the long versions in skirts, coats and trousers, especially. A bag with a long fringe is safest worn so that it can be easily pulled away from the body if caught in something, say, just over the shoulder or in the hand, rather than cross-body. Thanks for this interesting trend video, Alice❤

Always love having some suede in my wardrobe. So timeless and easy to incorporate with staples. Things I’m not comfortable with like strapless at age 73, I’ll just take a pass but things I’m not crazy about but want to try for a bit of freshness like pastels, I might experiment with something like a silk scarf or T-shirt. Same with animal prints…maybe a little accessory. Really enjoy nautical looks for spring and summer as navy blue and white just look so smart. Hoping for a good new year for all.

Thank you, Happy New Year to you, too, friend (age 64). Love the idea of pastels and silk scarves for freshness this upcoming season, and always, blue and white outfits. No strapless for me, either, not for years now.🙂

The 2025 trends I like are the jewelry, polo shirts, pastels and nautical. I love pastels in the spring and nautical in the summer. I detest sportswear worn outside the gym, yoga studio, etc. I don't think it's elegant at all. I like tulle on ballerinas. Overall, I'm not comfortable with most of the new styles. I'm a classic/feminine woman. xo~linda

I like golden brown leopard print and have several nice items in it, but the white/gray/black snakeskin print feels very fresh this season. I have been looking for a silk skirt in this print, but no luck so far. (My silk skirts are some of my wardrobe staples, in solid colors and a few prints). I did find a viscose one from Mango (an alternative for those who, like me, can’t wear plastics, but I have to say that the pattern looks a little cheap, it has paler diagonal streaks that don’t look very convincing).

Hi Alice, I notice that very long, tunic-length, tops and sweaters are coming back in style. I’ve avoided this length for years because I’m petite and they make my legs look short (which they aren’t, proportionally). I wear waist-length ones to show my waist/hip area, and so my full leg length. I don’t mind those that open from the bottom up to the waist so much, they’re more flattering than that big, long “block” of fabric. I know you’re a lot taller, so what do you think of this trend? Thanks❤
