He would still be arrested, however for impersonating a police officer, since he’s not a real parole officer. And as seen at the end of the video, he was breaking the Law by following EYstreem for more than 90 days and also technically running from police since EYstreem was attempting to make a citizens arrest. also a person who urges the commission of an offence is guilty of the offence of incitement. And being pursued would put a person in fear of harm: that's the criteria for assault so the act of pursuing someone without lawful cause is a crime. His total sentence would be 22 years and 6 months+ $18,500 fine. And the fact that I went and googled all of this just to write a comment is mind blowing, but I still did it didn’t I 😂😅🥲
