You should make each beacon beam the same color as the mineral: Gold=yellow, Diamond=blue/cyan, Iron=original white/grey/light grey, Emerald=green/lime, Netherite=black

Given that the staircases technically mark the beginning of the stronghold it would be cool if they spawned a little closer to the surface occasionally to potentially have an opening on the surface

to speed up the proccess of making iron with the iron farm, put a zombie on a rail going around the villagers in 4 quadrants, and you have an OP iron farm.

also, small detail: you can shift+left click full stacks in/out of your inventory... a lot faster than dragging stacks of iron. theres other shortcuts, id look up a guide.

You should make a smite 5 sword for fighting the wither. It would make it much faster. Also make a sand duplication machine using the end portal to make tnt without mining thousands of sand.

when you dig down on the diamonds from the lapis, turn on your chunk borders and continue counting from the other side of the chunk. this will cover for that last 25% that you dont find the diamonds. there are other exceptions, but this is still very useful.
