The traffic was insane at about 7.30 pm. So many motorbikes parked blocking walkways. People walking along the road almost getting run over as footpaths blocked

The motes - the water seems to be stagnant. Did notice on a couple of other Icon videos, people throwing rubbish into the water area. Will be interesting to see how this is in about a year. I think the beachfront area will be fantastic.
