I'm glad that this cute meme got popular, it started out as a little dance clip that Ruby from Oshi no ko did in the S2 opening, then someone on twitter traced that dance animation with Kita Ikuyo, then someone else uploaded that dance animation to KZbin with background music and it went decently viral, and now here we are.
