A delicious and satisfying pumpkin rice casserole that can be made for breakfast or dinner!
Ingredients:
Milk - 500 ml
Rice - 200 g
Pumpkin - 500 g
Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Egg - 4 pcs
Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
Butter - 50 g
Cheese
A pinch of salt
Bon appetit!
▪ Boil the washed rice in salted milk until half cooked
▪ Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater
▪ Combine softened butter with sour cream, sugar and eggs. And beat it a little
▪ Add pumpkin, rice and mix everything
▪ Grease the baking dish with oil
▪ Pour the mixture into the mold, level it
▪ Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes
▪ Sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven for another 5 minutes
▪ Let cool slightly before serving.
